Barbara Kohler is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Singer/Songwriter. Barbara uses a Christ centered approach in working with clients. Applying biblical counsel-in a grace oriented style-has proven to bring about lasting change in those who desire emotional and spiritual healing. Barbara is best known for her work with trauma survivors dealing with PTSD from childhood or adult trauma. She is trained in several modalities, her primary techniques being Re-decision Therapy, TRET (Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy) and Heart Sync.

Barbara is licensed to provide psychotherapy in North and South Carolina. She sees clients in our office in Huntersville, NC as well as provides telehealth to NC and SC residents.
